Location: British Columbia
For out-of-province candidates wishing to register in BC, Back in Motion will cover initial registration fees.
Flexible Work Options: Remote, Hybrid, or In-Person
Salary Range: $412.50 to $1,000 per day
Signing Bonus: $5,000 for Full-Time Positions
Pay Structure: Employee or Fee-for-Service
Availability: Full-Time | Part-Time
Role Overview:
We are excited to invite Psychologists to join our rapidly growing team of assessors at Back in Motion. In our dynamic and collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a variety of clinical disciplines and employment professionals. We are specifically seeking Psychologists who are passionate about formal psychological assessments.
As part of our COMPASS (Comprehensive Assessment Services) Team, you will conduct a range of psychological assessments, including Comprehensive Psychological Assessments and Vocational Psychological Assessments, for adults facing physical, mental health, and cognitive challenges. Your responsibilities will include conducting clinical interviews, administering and interpreting psychological tests, crafting comprehensive reports, and engaging in feedback sessions with clients and stakeholders. Psychometric support will be provided.

We are looking for Psychologists who possess excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, strong clinical reasoning abilities, and a solid understanding of diagnostic processes and causal factors.
Qualifications:
- Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)
- Strong organizational and writing skills
- Experience working with third-party payers and familiarity with rehabilitation and disability issues is an asset
