Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Back in Motion Langley (HealthX Physical Therapy)
Employment Status: Casual
Hourly Rate: Hourly rate starts at $18/hour depending on experience.
Work Schedule:
- Current Scheduled Shifts:
- Fridays: 2:00pm-7:30pm
- Saturdays: 9:00am-5:00pm
- Ideal candidate would be flexible to cover further hours on weekdays and/or weekends for coverage purposes.
- Effective Date: January 16, 2025
- Coverage Opportunities:
- Vacation/Sick/Duties coverage at BiM Langley (HealthX Physical Therapy) or any other BiM/LHC locations (opportunities to cover shifts over 7 days per week from 7am-9pm).
- Current Scheduled Shifts:
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for assisting with front desk reception coverage, data entry of new referrals, uploading and faxing program reports, billing of completed programs, entering data collection into PowerApp, providing back up support for other administrative staff when needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
We invite candidates with 6 months to 1 year of similar experience, strong customer service and organizational skills, intermediate skills in MS Office, Zoom, Outlook, MS Teams, etc. If you enjoy helping people and being part of a collaborative team, bring your exceptional customer service and communication skills along with your ability to problem solve and organize multiple priorities.
Hourly rate starts at $18/hour depending on experience.
